Over the last 35+ years, Brockman Properties has established itself as one of the most reputable management companies in Long Beach. Currently managing a portfolio of over 500 units, we are an experienced, reliable, and full service management company.

We are a property management company – period.  That’s all we do, so all of our attention is devoted to successfully managing all areas of residential and commercial property.  Due to our small size you will get one on one, personalized service.   You are not just a client to us – you are part of our family. 

We will take care of your building, your investment, as we would take care of our own homes.     We find the perfect tenant, we pay all of your bills, we collect the rents, we do all of the maintenance, we take all of the phone calls, we do everything so you don’t have to.   Each month you will receive a comprehensive and custom monthly statement that shows item by item all revenue collected and all expenses paid.  In addition to keeping you completely informed these reports also provide the added advantage of drawing a clear, concise record for your accountant, thus saving time and expense at tax time.
